How Times Have Changed

Image
We’ve come a long way over the years. Generations have changed, technology has advanced, and now AI is transforming the way we live and work. But along with all these improvements, something important has shifted; how we spend our time, especially when it comes to playing and interacting with others. Our generation may very well be the last one to truly experience the simple joys of the “old days.” Back then, we spent hours playing outdoor games like cricket in open fields, running around, laughing, and creating memories with friends. These were moments that connected us with the people around us and with nature. Today, many of the games we loved have changed. For example, instead of playing cricket on a large field, kids today often play box cricket in small, congested spaces. While it’s still fun, it’s not the same as enjoying the fresh air and the freedom of an open ground. Another big change is how we interact with others. Back in the day, games were a way to meet and bond with fri...

A Father: The Time Traveler in Our Lives

Image
"A father is an always a time traveler who estimates the future and guides you in the right direction." A father isn’t just a parent; he’s also a guide and a protector. In many ways, he’s like a time traveler. While he can’t physically move through time, he constantly thinks about the future, plans ahead, and helps his children take the right path in life. A Father’s Vision Fathers have a special ability to look beyond the present moment. They imagine the challenges and opportunities their children might face in the future. Using this vision, they guide and prepare their kids for what’s ahead. For example, when a father teaches his child the value of honesty, hard work, or saving money, he’s not just helping them now—he’s preparing them for a successful future. His advice and actions are like a map, helping his children navigate life with confidence. Learning from Experience A father’s guidance often comes from the lessons he’s learned in his own life. Whether it’s from mista...

Recognizing the Worth and Value of Masculinity

Why Men Deserve to Be Celebrated Too Growing up, many men are told things like, "Men shouldn’t cry," or "Men must always be strong." These ideas teach men to hide their emotions, avoid talking about their feelings, and ignore their mental health. On top of that, society doesn’t always give men the respect and recognition they deserve. We celebrate International Women’s Day with pride to honor the amazing women in our lives, our mothers, sisters, friends, and colleagues. But when it comes to International Men’s Day, there’s often little excitement or attention. Why is that? Don’t men also deserve respect, appreciation, and encouragement? The truth is, men often don’t value or respect themselves enough, and this needs to change. Respect Starts with Ourselves As men, we need to recognize our own worth first. It’s okay to feel emotions, to cry, and to ask for help when we need it. True strength isn’t about hiding how we feel it’s about being honest and brave enough to s...

The Hidden Struggles of the Heart

Image
Have you ever watched a feel-good movie or listened to a song that makes everything seem so perfect, and wondered why your life doesn’t feel that way? You're not alone. Many of us feel like life should be easier than it is, yet we struggle with challenges and pain that don’t seem to show up in movies or music. Sometimes, it can feel like people have lost the ability to truly care for each other. It seems like everyone is just looking out for themselves. But the truth is, everyone is fighting their own battles. We all carry some kind of pain, whether we show it or not. We all long for happiness in different ways, and it’s not always easy to find. Life can feel hard even when it seems like it should be simple. It’s easy to think that you’re the only one who feels this way, but in reality, most people feel the same way at some point. We each experience our own emotions and struggles, and sometimes they make us feel isolated. But the reality is, we’re not as alone as we think. It’s imp...

Finding Joy in the Journey

Embracing the Journey: Why I Prefer Traveling by Bus or Train In today’s fast-paced world, people in their 20s often prioritize quick and convenient travel options. Whether it's the thrill of a road trip on a bike, the comfort of a car, or the speed of an airplane, these modes of travel offer a sense of freedom, efficiency, and excitement. For many, the focus is on reaching the destination as quickly as possible, maximizing time spent exploring new places or enjoying planned activities. However, I’ve found that my approach to travel is a little different. Instead of rushing from point A to point B, I prefer journeys that allow me to savor each moment along the way. Buses and trains, with their slower pace and extended travel times, provide exactly that. Sitting by the window, watching the scenery unfold, and listening to my favorite music is the highlight of my travel experience. The Beauty of Slowing Down Traveling by bus or train isn’t about instant gratification; it’s about embr...
